More than 300 kids participated at the Idaho Destination ImagiNation tournament held at Eagle Middle school on April 8. Everyone knows that diet and exercise are important but few of us follow a good lifestyle designed for fitness. The "Three Cheers for 3-A-Day" Challenge had participants sounding off for 3-A-Day by promoting a healthy diet and dairy exercise, including three servings a day of milk, cheese or yogurt. The Idaho Virtual Academy Kindergartners won the Rising Stars division. The Seven Oaks Elementary team, the "Elizabethan Actresses" won the elementary division and the Egyptian Expedition from the Lakeland school district in north Idaho won the middle division.
